With its seven departments and four supportive programs, CSSH is a rich and varied College within Koç University’s educational and research landscape. Composed of almost 150 faculty members, more than 1000 students, and a strong team of administrative staff members, CSSH brings together different interests and specializations in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences, ranging from Archaeology and History of Art, History, Comparative Literature, and Philosophy, to Media and Visual Arts, Sociology, and Psychology. Through its wide variety of core courses, training in Academic Writing and Turkish Communication skills, ancient and foreign language classes, and the activities of the KU Writing Center, CSSH extensively contributes to the university-wide course offer. All Koç University students study at least once with us during their undergraduate careers!
